First Patho exam was today. All I heard last semester was how tough this class is. All I've heard the past 2 weeks was how tough this exam was going to be. All I've done since last Thursday is listen to the Tegrity lectures, read the chapters in the textbook, answer the questions in the study guide, review my notes, talk about my notes, tell anyone who will listen about the concepts of Cellular Alteration, Genetics, Inflammation, Immunity, Infection, and Hypersensitivity.
Take exam at 9:00. Finish around 10:00. Preliminary (raw scores before we go over the exam and have a chance to argue a bad question, possibly changing the grade) grades at around 11:00.
I got a 96.6%. Missed 2 of the 60 questions. !!!
OMGOMGOMGOMG. !!!
I thought I'd done OK, I felt good after taking the exam. But missing 2 of the 60? That ROCKS! And this exam score is 20% of my overall course grade. Boy howdy if I can keep this up...
**Disclaimer: Yep, I'm bragging. But in this case, it was not handed to me, it was not given to me. I earned that 96.6% myself. I worked my butt off and it shows.
